C de O arises from the effort of two friends to highlight the Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from the mountain olive groves in the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas. This initiative combines traditional agronomic techniques with advanced technology to produce a superior quality EVOO.

Its promoters, from Córdoba and nature lovers, have sought the best of their land to offer it in the bottle of CAMPOS DE ORO.
